Unwanted Visitors by Harriette Sheffer Abels

Unwanted Visitors by Harriette Sheffer Abels is a science

fiction children's adventure book that features the Emergency Ship M88 and it's crew coming into contact with a not so new group of lifeforms.

I have to say that I love science and I love to dream so science fiction is my jam. This was a fun little book I would have loved to have had as a child. I understand that there are many more books about the M88 crew and if it were not for that fact that I have books piled everywhere in my home I would certainly go looking for them.

Who should read this book? Geeks who love to dream.

'Astronomy Now: A Look at Mars' by Mary R. Dunn Book Review

'Astronomy Now: A Look at Mars' by Mary R. Dunn is what it
sounds like. It's a book about the planet Mars. Populated with wonderful photographs and facts about the red planet.

This is sure to tickle the little astronomer in your child's head and make them more interested in space. Or at least that's what it does to me because I loved space as a kid and I still love it now.

The problem with text books for kids is that if your child is not already interested in the topic at hand the book won't get them interested. I loved this book but I'm a sucker for space facts.

Who should read this book? Your little astronomer.

'The Moon' by Allison Lassieur Book Review

'The Moon' by Allison Lassieur is a book about the moon. It covers both the Moon and our
investigation of it throughout history.  As a book for children this lacks a story and is not particularly fun so if your children are not into the Moon and space you're not looking at a good book for them.

Then, I've never heard of a kid that didn't look up at the stars and want to know about them.

Who should read this book? Everyone.
