This State Sucks

This is a letter sent to me by the fellow I often refer to as 'Turtle Nose'. You'd never guess that our friendship hung on the idea that I be willing to let him call me Rick. Some have argued that it should not have been so important to me. I would argue that it should not have been so important to him.
